With our suite of remote access tools we can connect to your workstation within seconds to resolve your IT issues. This reduces the need to come to site and subsequently reduces your cost.
Remote IT support assistance is billed in 15minute increments, so you only pay for what you use. If an onsite visit is required you are subject to a £65.00 call out fee, once onsite with you we bill in 30min blocks.
It is important to note that project work, for example if you require us to come to site and setup a new user, is not subject to a call out fee. A call out fee is only applicable in a fault or emergency scenario.
Coverage includes all main land UK, though our key focus is London and surrounding counties. iTech Support HQ is based at North London with remote engineers located around London for faster onsite response.
