Cannot transfer in the domain name to you

Troubleshooting steps:

• Check if the domain name is eligible for transfer (e.g. must be at least 60 days old, cannot be expired, etc.).
• Ensure that the domain name is unlocked and the authorisation code is obtained from the current registrar.
• Confirm that we supports the domain name extension by using our transfer in tool located within our iTech Service Panel
• Provide accurate contact information and payment information during the transfer process.
