How to close down My Account?

You have the ability to request that your account be cancelled by contacting us so long as it is not currently being used for any active services and any payments that were due have been paid in full.

Please be aware that once an account is marked for closure, any data held on the services will be deleted automatically. If you plan to close your account, you should ensure that you have a full backup of your data before you do so, as we will not be able to recover any data once the process has been completed.
